Answers about access periods, real UK SIM numbers, private SMS viewing, renewals, and delivery behaviour.
Your access period starts when your assigned UK SIM number and private SMS access details are issued after payment.
After payment, open your Private SMS Access URL and use your License Key with your Assigned UK SIM Number to View SMS online.
No account registration is required. Your Private SMS Access URL, License Key, and Assigned UK SIM Number are enough to view incoming SMS.
Most numbers are ready within minutes after payment. You can use the assigned number as soon as your access details arrive.
Yes. Standard access plans include unlimited incoming SMS during the purchased access period.
No. Standard OSIM access is for receiving incoming SMS online. It does not include outbound SMS, voice calls, or SIM shipping.
No. The same assigned UK SIM number remains available to you throughout your purchased access period.
Availability can include EE, O2, Vodafone, Three, Lebara, Lycamobile, or other UK mobile networks depending on current SIM stock.
SMS delivery depends on the third-party platform actually sending the message. If no message appears, check the number you entered, wait for network delay, and request a resend from that platform.
When the access period expires, the assigned number is no longer kept active for your private access unless an extension or renewal has been arranged.
Extensions may be available while the number is still active. Contact support or use the available renewal option before the access period ends.
No. OSIM provides access to a real UK mobile number backed by a physical SIM card, not a VoIP or virtual number.
Anyone with your Private SMS Access URL, License Key, and assigned SIM number may be able to view messages received by that number. Keep these details private.
